AMERF (Atlanta Musicians’ Emergency Relief Fund Inc.) is a Georgia registered 501c(3) non-profit charity. We are currently under application, which allows us to legally function as a 501c(3). Donations are tax-deductible.

Tax-deductible donations can be made via the DONATION buttons on this website, which will access a PayPal link, or you can mail donations to us at 804 Edgewood Avenue, Atlanta Georgia 30307.
Collected funds will be on deposit at Bank of America, 956 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30306. Funds will be donated to professional musicians living in the greater Atlanta area, in order to provide financial assistance necessary due to medical issues, unforeseen loss of income or becoming a victim of criminal activity or personal catastrophic loss.
It will be the policy of AMERF to give away all collected funds, except for a prudent reserve, at the end of each fiscal year (December 31). If an adequate number of individuals is not readily available to receive such donations, AMERF will donate funds to a like-minded organization- one dedicated to the support of and charity for Atlanta’s musical community and/or musical training for young people.
